Went in to Aruba, absolutely lovely place that serves drinks and eats, unfortunately I was overcharged, which I have contacted them but no response yet. Customer service was lovely, really friendly bar person. Was lovely to sit and have a pint and listen to the waves and people watch having lots of fun. They have the air show starting 29/08-31/08, would be lovely to book a room and sit in Aruba watching this. We didn't go on the pier but was able to see people zip lining down, which costs PS10 per person. We walked Boscombe Pier to Bournemouth Pier, it was a stunning walk and would recommend.

Great place to go and enjoy the wonderful beach view, site and have bite to eat, go zip wire or eat some fish and chips or just go for a walk and sit on the bench, charges apply During the day out of hours open in the evenings, few small rides for the kids, there is a big amusement arcade will be quite expensive but can quite easily lose yourself on the 2p machines, also great place for fireworks on Friday evening at 10 pm through the summer

Fantastic place for families! There are free to use electric BBQ grills, free toilets and charging facilities, the is a beach bar that you can seat at and have your own food, there is a shower as you exit the beach to clean yourself. There is lots of parking too, I've managed to park for free (!!!) 3 mins walk from the pier. Definitely will be back!

Cool place to hang out (with good weather), the amusement areas at the tip of the pier is an awesome location for families with little children with rides etc. but today it was not in operation - not sure if it's permanently closed or temporary. There's a bar n restaurant at the tip of the pier for those who are hungry or thirsty Parking has to be outside and even that it's not cheap to park in this area PS2.80 for the first hour n so on... Anyway still a great location much to offer

Bournemouth Pier was great. We visited on a week day at the start of the season. There is a small charge to enter the pier. The pier is attractive and has amusement rides for smaller children and a zip wire ride, but neither were open during our visit. There is a very pleasant cafe at the end of the pier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the coffee and cake we had were very nice. The menue prices for meals reflect the location but were not unreasonable We enjoyed our trip to the pier and will return, but probably not at a weekend in high season.
