I had a wonderful time at Knaresborough! The peaceful atmosphere by the river was perfect for relaxing. It has a leisurely row boats, dining places and ice cream shos. There were plenty of seating areas and nearby amenities. I highly recommend this spot for a family-friendly outing.

Beautiful town and lovely picturesque scenery, especially from the castle. That itself is worth a visit but I guess most people go to see the Viaduct.

Beautiful, iconic, magnificent. Knaresborough is a pretty town with the Viaduct the focal point. Wonderful wandering around the town and doing the Riverside walk, several different options accessible from the Castle and the Conyngham carpark. The walk we did along the flat path was beautiful, and the houses we passed, wow, amazing. The Riverside circular was also lovely. Love Knaresborough and will definitely be back.

I have been looking forward to visiting Knaresborough for quite some time. I was definitely not disappointed; it's a beautiful historic town. Plenty of cafes to choose from and plenty of sights to see.

What a beautiful place to visit. The Viaduct, the Weir, the Castle, and surrounding areas are full of history. Catch a train to York, again worth the visit. Only four stops on the train. People are very friendly and helpful. It's definitely a tourist attraction, worthy of a visit in this beautiful part of the world. I visited in January, and the Christmas decorations are still up. It's definitely stunning.
