This was my first visit, and I was impressed with the thought and planning of the site. It's in a lovely countryside location. Great place for families, with good facilities and fun things to look at. The animals seem well looked after. In addition, there was an awesome display of wild flowers. Super climbing experience for those brave enough to try! I enjoyed the bear walk most of all, but it was all fun!

I have a membership here. We love it me and my daughters go regularly. They are 1 and half and 5 months. I feel safe and even when busy it doesn't feel it. Lots of space and my eldest can now walk round most of it. She loves seeing the animals, the parks and freedom to explore safely. Can't wait to see all the developments happening. Sometimes we just come and go to the park. Staff and volunteers super friendly.

We really enjoyed the new playground and the space the animals have here. You feel like you are observing happy animals in wide open spaces and some very well designed walkways. Getting a coffee and seeing cheetahs 1 metre from you is incredible and the bear walkway is so beautifully done. I love how inspired my kids are by the visit. Thank you.

Took our Granddaughter for her 2nd birthday treat. Fantastic day. Going on a bear hunt is there until Sept, it's her favourite book and she absolutely loved participating in it. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very good, lots still to develop but it is a work in progress, we are members, could do with more toilets and more benches. Pizza is really good but space at the tables is a premium on a sunny weekend. Really hope to see some penguins back in the future.

Amazing day out at the zoo, really well set up. We paid extra for the meerkat experience with Katie, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. You have plenty of time in with the meerkats, it was great value for money. We were able to see lots of the other animals up close too, and it was very quiet in the afternoon after the school groups had left
