Levisham is a beautiful train station part of the North Yorkshire moors railway, hop on board and take yourself back in time to the steam era, if you buy an annual pass you can travel for a full year or get a 2 station ticket for PS13.50, you can visit Goathland (Hogsmede station) or take a trip to the engine sheds at Grosmont, you won't be disappointed.

What a fantastic day out, if you like to see the history and the steam trains this place is a must visit 10/10

NYMR. First stop from Pickering. Make sure to be in the first 3 carriages or you will not reach the platform. Lovely countryside for walks. Steam train nostalgia. Recommended

Simply lovely. Really enjoyable trip out on well kept trains and the guide book is super informative. Downsides are the cost of a day ticket (PS45 - despite being valid for a year, as a tourist that is little use to us) and the cost of food at the stations is high for what you get (I had a pasty that was quite poor and the coffee was undrinkable) I would normally give fewer stars because of the downsides but the train journey really is spectacular and I don't want to detract from that.
