Lovely large public green space full of old trees and new trees and woods suitable for walkers. Open grassy areas for children to play on with two play parks. No picnic tables but lots of public benches, or you can sit on the grass in summer.

Great venue for Cross-Country and I'm very grateful to the residents of Bexhill-on-Sea to allow us to race there. The number runners can have a substantial impact on the grassed areas after a lot of rain.

A tendency to get muddy, next to a main road, not that big...and really rather lovely. Home to dog walkers, the school run, and little thickets of woods. A welcome slice of greenery. No toilets. No playground. No specific picnic area. That is what the grass is for dummy. Go figure, but I do like it nonetheless.

Very muddy. Great for mountain biking. Leisure park for relaxation and to unwind after long day. There are many small pathways throughout the park. Feels like a piece of nature just here in the middle of a busy town.

Unlike the 2013 film 'White House Down', 'Bexhill Down' does not include any blockbuster action. This slow and gentile piece shows a slice of God's Waiting Room. Following the lives of five youth who spend their time in the cricket pavilion porch smoking and listening to their favorite music at top volume. The viewer gets a glimpse into the cosy world of drug deals, dodgy activity in the bushes and the occasional interaction with the friendly local police force. But beware, this is 2016... where will the killer clowns be coming from...?

Park and woodland located adjacent to the A259. Great open area for a walk. Large potholes on Downs Road that runs through the middle of this park.
