It is a very good cave but there is no proper direction to get there. Google map will take you to a place and suddenly in the middle of the jungle there are few sign boards to say do not drive beyond this point, do not follow Sat nav beyond this place. Many people returned coz they couldn't find the cave as there is no sign board or direction at all. Luckily I found someone who narrated me the direction. Basically you have to park near the main road where it says do not follow Sat navigation beyond here. Keep walking for 30-40 minutes and you come across a river. Do not cross the bridge, just left turn before the bridge and walk on the side of the river. Walk for around 100 metres, there is a gate on the left hand side. There is a sign board which warns the public of falling rocks etc. but I followed the way and found cave there. So, there is no sign to read cathedral cave etc. I just walked up the gate and found the cave. It is bit risky of falling rocks etc. though...but again that's the only way to get there...

Well worth the walk! Stunning! Don't follow your satnav. Find the Three Shires pub (you can't park there but there are spaces along the roadside) and with it on your right take the first left and and follow the road round to a wooden bridge over a ford. (You will pass a White House just before the bridge). Cross the bridge and turn right. Follow the path along and after a short while you will see a gate and a stile on your left. Walk up the path and you will see the tunnel to the cave. Enjoy!

Breathtaking location and surrounding area. You are free to explore and do as you please with it being public access. Lots of tunnels and dark caves which is fun. There can be pushy tour guides trying to protect their exploitative businesses by demanding you turn off your torch or walk in a certain direction. Ignore them and the place is pretty magical.

Loved this place, hard to explain how impressive it was. Don't get me wrong, it's not an all day activity, but worth the trip. I've seen photos before but the size of the cave doesn't show well on photos. It's easy to get to, parking isn't the best so be prepared to park away and have a walk in, we walked about 1.3miles from where we parked but we just parked wherever, there could be closer places. We also visiting skull quarry not far from the cave, look for hodge close to find it. If you find the route down you can view the quarry from the entrance at water lever, just as great as cathedral cave

It's 100% a must see landmark. Can be further explored if you are adventurous and able to climb well. The acoustics are phenomenal. But however you get here make sure you do a tick check frequently as the path and woodland nearby is crawling with them. The fern plants are a sign of ticks. And if you are sensitive to biting insects I recommend applying it as there are also very tiny midge flies which leave small welts on your arms. Not itchy if your not sensitive but worth a mention otherwise. Enjoy your day
