Absolutely an amazing day. The whole family enjoyed it. So we'll set out, great sign posting. Beautiful well cared for animals with just enough information on each posted. We especially enjoyed the butterfly house. We spent the full day there (10am-6pm) & got to see everything once we would have loved extra time to revisit specific areas, so will definitely be returning soon. The staff were helpful & friendly. All areas were immaculate. There were plenty places to eat & the food was exceptional. Could not have asked for a better day.

Lovely place to go with family and kids. Plenty to see, so many animals, amazing experience and one of the biggest zoo I've ever been. You need a full day from 10 am to 6 pm if you wish to see all/ have a break to eat and drink/ enjoy everything around. Highly recommended place to go.

Enjoyed every minute of our trip animals looked well and have lovely enclosures .I like the idea of the indoor enclosures have glass windows so if it's raining and they go inside you can still see them .plenty toilets and eating areas

An excellent day out. Very educational for adults and children alike. There is so much to see and do it definitely needs a plan. The penguins are a must-see along with the giraffes. Highly recommended for all the family.

Great day out tickets are cheaper if bought online before you go. Plenty of free parking all exhibits were clean and well maintained the bat cave and butterflies are worth a visit, struggled with the maps so didnt manage to see everything

Long day...7 hours to walk round everywhere including jungle boat ride and lunch break. Very clean and animals well cared for. Big leafy enclosures mean you don't always get close up to see animals clearly. Efficient car park organisation.
