Great place for the kids to play and the adults to have a coffee and cake. Delighted with Gluten Free offerings, much more than other places in Inverness. Friendly staff and clean tables. The manager spoke to us about memberships, definitely considering one. My wee one loves it, she's had a great day!

My daughter and I had a great time at the playground. 5 STAR for that. However, our experience was tainted by the behavior of the cashier named Maya and another blonde girl, who I believe showed racist tendencies. As an Asian individual and not completely fluent in English, their behavior made me feel unwelcome. Despite my efforts to speak clearly, they were consistently rude whenever I placed an order, laughing at me whenever I spoke. I still want to go back to this place, but I definitely won't be happy to be served by either Maya or this blonde girl.

Five stars for the play areas my daughter loves playing here. Everytime we go tho more toys seem to be held together by duct tape or more bits missing from the softplays. Really needs a proper deep clean is quite dirty in some areas. Place could really do with a whole revamp for the price you pay to get in.

Great fun - Hannah was very kind and caring when my grandson (8) had an unforeseeable misfortune on the tiger slide (his sock slipped down as he went down the tiger slide resulting in a very painful friction burn). Hannah was reassuring, gentle and took time to make him feel better. She gave him an ice cream and a lovely pair of socks and brought a smile back to his face. He was soon running around and happy again! He felt so much better. Many thanks!

Planned a day out for my 4 kids for school holidays. Drove 2.5 hours and didn't regret it. It was great to see my youngest, who was doesn't have a lot of confidence when doing new things, climb up and down the water tower and tiger slide. We will be back

Great play area for kids. my grandson is only 18 months and he had a great time. Plenty of soft play toys. There is also a little room area with toys and and disco lights flashing on the floor that my grandson enjoyed chasing. They have a great play area for bigger kids too. Toilets are spotless and food looked great. Plenty of parking and easy to book online. Very reasonable priced as well.
