Fun day out for friends and families of many ages. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide a full safety and technique briefing before you begin. Sections get tougher as you go on, the final 2 have easy route options should you need it. The challenges are great for the thrill seekers whilst also feeling super safe and secure providing you pay attention to the briefing and signs throughout. You do get a bit mucky depending on how you land on the zip wires, worth taking some spare clothes just in case for the journey home. Google maps takes you a weird way in, so just follow the signs to the main entrance when you're nearby. The experience is around 2-3 hours. Recommended for a day out.

We loved our afternoon on the Treetop Challenge! The safety briefing was thorough, and instructors were walking through the grounds periodically to make sure everyone was ok. Fantastic value for money - we were there for 2 1/2 hours and the course was, as the name suggests, a challenge, but incredibly fun and a good workout! They say that there are water stations situated around the course at ground level which was true, however only 1/3 of these actually had cups. We were really thirsty by the time we had to got to the 3rd station so these could have done with being checked and refilled. Other than that, we will definitely come back!

Average experience overall. Staff were fun and excellent att their job, the issues we had was ques for over 30-45mins were unacceptable. Unfair I feel for some of us who are a little faster. The course was quick to get around but I feel it was of a very low level experience, I have attended other sites like the one in Dartmoor which was more higher and overall more fun. The value for money wasn't really there, I feel PS38 was a bit high as you don't really get a lot for what you pay for. Fun but wouldn't come again I'm afraid, other venues were better.

Martin was our instructor who made the whole experience amazing. His friendly and informative tutoring helped us practice and follow the safety protocols to ensure we had a fun and safe afternoon. The challenge zip wires took around 30 seconds to complete and the large cargo net climb was particularly enjoyed, especially with Gladiators on tv at the moment. The 3 hours flew past and now we have Bedgebury and Leeds castle ticked off we are looking forward to our next destination.
