A really cost effective day out for little ones. The zoo is very enclosed as well so feels more secure for toddlers who like to run off without warning. Lots of animals are visible from a pushchair. The gift shop prices were also very reasonable. With free parking available too, what's not to like? There are also fun play features for littles like a tiny trampoline, sand area and slides and a huge enclosed playground just outside the zoo entrance. Would go again

We recently visited this small zoo and was pleasantly surprised by the diverse collection of animals on display. Despite its compact size, the zoo packs a punch with a well-curated selection of species that will delight both kids and adults. One of the standout aspects of this zoo is its manageable size. You can easily explore the entire facility in about an hour, making it an ideal destination for families with young children or those with limited time.

This is such a cute zoo! A must visit for kids and adults of all ages. Easy to navigate. We took our toddler here and she had a great time. There was bouncy castle outside the zoo which was a bonus. Plan to take a picnic along for after the visit for a perfect family weekend

Almost didn't go due to some negative reviews, but so glad we did! Our toddler had a nice time. It's small but not tiny, and there's enough to see or do upto perhaps age 5 or 6. (I saw some slightly older kids very bored there.) The sand play structure was a great feature, too. There were workers trimming the plants, visibility was fine, and I didn't find the zoo shabby, rustic perhaps, but nothing was broken or falling apart.

Very impressed with this place; lots of animal conservation work being done, good range of animals to see (flamingos, tortoises, lemurs, rabbits, cranes) and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Such a lovely Zoo for children 10 and under. Older children may not be so impressed Wheelchair and buggy friendly There is also a good playground with sand and a little water play, so buckets and spades and a towel are good to bring
