What an amazing experience. Hannah was great in the office adapting our package experience to suit us, really quick at responding to questions and change of dates. Barbara and Naill and a lovely young lady from the reptile house made our day extra special they were all fabulous gave us plenty of information about the animals made sure our experience was not rushed. You could see the love and passion they had for handling, taking care of and feeding them. All the animals were very well looked after all of them had plenty of space and you could see the relationships between animal and trainers/keepers just Outstanding what a day. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fantastic time. They do a cute tote bag too.

My husband surprised me with a one on one experience with my favourite animal a sloth. She was absolutely beautiful and Barbara who was running the experience was so knowledgeable but more importantly she has such a passion and care for the animals making the experience even more enjoyable. Even at the first greeting upon arrival we met Harry who was friendly and warm. Organised, calm and friendly the whole time we were there. Loved it. Thankyou guys :-) Debs and Paul.

Had an exclusive tour with my family today which must be booked in advance . Most amazing place with very knowledgeable staff. Great variety of animals, loads of time to ask questions and also feed penguins, tigers and zebras. Would highly recommend a visit if you are an animal lover it is an experience of a life time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today for an encounter with a sloth! The keepers were very friendly, knowledgable and you could tell that they had a genuine connection with the animals. I really liked that the experience wasn't in a group so I didn't feel overwhelmed which I imagine is equally as beneficial for the animals as well. I would definitely come back for another experience with a different animal

What an amazing experience! From booking the voucher to setting up the day was amazing, Beowulf was absolutely stunning and such a gentle boy! Me and my partner both thoroughly enjoyed giving him belly rubs and I think he enjoyed them too. We can't wait to book another experience soon with them!

What a magical experience! Barbara (who was our guide today) is a credit to her profession. Her passion for the animal's shone through, and her knowledge was incredible. We had the most amazing day. To be up close and personal with these beautiful creatures was a real privilege, and one I will never forget!
