Such a wonderful place to take the kids, the staff dress up which is a nice touch. Everything inside is free such as the zorbing, face painting, up high obstacle course and other activities. Lovely walk throughs to see the animals better. We had a brilliant day and will definitely be going again.
Perfect in every way! Lovely restaurant, pizza place, clean facilities. There are so many exciting things for children of all ages. Even adults can join in in most of the activities. Tunnels, bouncy things, castles, forts, and the most exciting scientific experience section. The animals are well cared for in plenty of space, and we got really close to all of them. Really the best activity park / farm I have been to. Wellies are a must if its a bit rainy, and maybe changes of clothing if the little ones engage in the water experiments.
I visited with for grandchildren ranging in ages from six - thirteen, and I have to say that there was something for everyone to enjoy. The highlight was a visit to the Limas. They were so cute. Fascinating and very photographic
I would love to give hobbledown 5 stars, but despite the amazing kids experiences it lets itself down with lacking food options and toilet facilities. The pizza place is very good, but avoid the snack shack which has the worst hotdog I've ever had. There seem to be just 3 toilets for the whole park and not very clean. My kid had to use the bushes as there was no way he could manage to get back to the toilets at the entrance. My kid loved the experience, but for the price they charge, they need to invest in food and plumbing. Also the overhead wire tunnel play equipment is dangerous as my kids leg went through to the knee causing bruising. I felt so helpless as he screamed up there as I couldn't get up there to help. Luckily other kids helped him get out safely. He wasn't the only one to get stuck like that. Health and safety should take a look to see what can be done.
It was my child 10th birthday, he had a great time with his friends, I personally enjoyed it, I recommend every bit of this place, they are doing amazing job. Price is worth its
I'll start with one negative. I booked a creepy crawly experience, and it wasn't clear where to go on the booking and wasn't stated on the map either. I think this needs to be made clearer for anyone visiting for the first time. Other than that, this place is extraordinar. This is honestly the best place to go with children! So so much to do and see, I will definitely be returning in the summer. Any child would enjoy this place. I would recommend going their a bit earlier as the park is quite big and to be able to do and see everything.
