An awe-inspiring old building from 1120 with the surrounding graveyard. Inside is similar to many cathedrals but the central "arch" is unusual! Lovely stain glass windows . During our visit the organist was practicing so added to the spiritual feeling of the church.
Beautiful Cathedral. One of the "must see " in Cardiff. 15- 20 m drive from Cardiff Castle or centre. Car park 1 min walk from cathedral "FREE of charge 2 h" wich is just enough time to visit. If u are lucky like we got, u can enjoy even the music played at "pipe organ"
What an amazing performance. Myself and my mother would like to thank candleight and the performers for this evening the beatles are my mothers favourite band. We will definitely be attending another one of these spectacular nights xx highly recommend everyone was so warm and friendly too xx
We chose to take the bus, but it is also walkable by foot as the area is very beautiful. It was Sunday so there was an event there, organ playing as well, very nice. You can also admire the meadows.
The event was everything you could want. The venue was beautiful, the music was beyond our expectations. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. A lovely evening, would definitely recommend
Lovely Cathedral to walk around. We did a self guided audio ghost tour around the area which brought more of it alive. It is worth a walk through the cemetry to see nature reclaiming grave stones and the huge trees.
