Nice little hotel with good customer service. Staff were really nice and attentive. The room had a weird smell, during our entire stay. We dined at Beefeater for Dinner, which wasn't the best, service was slow and food wasn't anything to speak about. Breakfast was much better in the morning!

Excellent room which looked very new. Bath was a bit slippy. staff very helpful with our luggage as we are in our mid 70's. WIFI was very slow. Shower very good. Bed and mattress very comfortable. Sujited our requirements as we could not stay with friends.

Staff friendly and efficient, car parking impressive, dining area bright and clean. Room was small, dirty in corners, carpet stained, mouldy silicone in bathroom, and generally in need of refurbishment. Sink was full of water and plug stuck so it couldn't be emptied. Informed reception but nothing could be done until the following day so we had to wash and brush teeth etc in the bathtub.

Great staff, comfy room great value for money.||The staff were all so helpful and kind - travelling with two noisy toddlers they were all so kind to them at meal times or as we passed through reception. ||Jass served us in the first night, poppy on reception and Steph? The manager were all excellent. ||The room was what we paid for comfy, dark with good AC and a decent breakfast but the bathroom was a little tired and the travel cot provided had a very thin mattress so glad we bought our own with us.

Nice room, the area was very quiet and got a good sleep. The shower was really good too and wasn't complicated. Good breakfast and was satisfying.|Nice staff. The dinner was really good and there was lots of options. The telly was good and the signal was all fine.

Great room, bed comfy, pillows were a bit too firm which disturbed my sleep. But everything else was spot on!! ||Premier inn please bring back the hot chocolate sachets to the rooms!
