This is a fantastic zoo. Perfect for families with young children. There is so much for them to do and see. The staff were really helpful and gave the kids a fun activity and competition to help them learn during the trip. Would recommend this for anyone looking for something to do with the kids if they like wildlife and exploring.

Nice selection of animals and the volunteers are all super friendly and will strike up convo whenever. Only downside is that it's quite a small zoo so don't plan on this being your only activity. All day parking is like PS4.60 so plan a beach visit or a mooch down the hill into shaldon. Tickets include discounts to a few nearby food places and you can re-enter as many times as you want. Didn't get to see the fancy squirrel though :(

Amazing little zoo. We did the feed the Meerkats and Lemur experience, which was awesome and would recommend. Lauren, the keeper who took was round, was great and very knowledgeable. It's worth a visit.

Nice little zoo with a great variety of small animals. Monkeys, marmoset, tortoise, frogs and reptiles. Easy to walk around but due to slopes and steps, not suitable for anyone with difficulties walking.

We visited as part of a gifted meerkat and lemur experience and was pleasantly surprised about how amazing this zoo is considering its size. The animals were all looked after well and the zoo keepers were super friendly and informative. They have an amazing range of animals and information bits dotted around. I would recommend it to anyone and if you feel like giving money to a good cause while also having some fun, the meerkat and lemur experience was a blast.

An absolute gem of a zoo with conservation at heart. Great for all ages but some disabled may find areas difficult. We'll worth a visit.....more than once!
