I used to ride up here and play with the children when they were young. 1st time there in probably 10 years and looks like a bomb has gone off at the top of the Cliffe. Tress have all been sawn down to expose ancient monuments and areas fenced off. They have made a right mess, sometimes monuments should be left unexposed and people shouldn't meddle.
Really nice round walk only re walking you're path by the car park. Just remember to keep turning right at the view point to prevent your walk becoming a hike!
Lovely area, great proximity from Shrewsbury and other surrounding areas. Lovely area to go for a walk/ ride the bikes. Stunning views
