We stayed in the Gardener's Cottage, 4 adults and 4 kids. What an amazing holiday house. The garden is amazing and we loved the walk through the meadow in the July sunshine to the shared pool and tennis court. The pool is an amazing asset for the house and gloriously walled in which makes it a sun trap. The formal garden made a great spot for playing family sports, although we struggled to control the wood fired hot tub and sauna. The location is excellent, with easy access to the coast by car or cycle and locally well stocked local shops as well as Sandringham.

Staying at The Potting Shed on the Fring Estate was a truly delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the charm of the cottage enveloped us. The unique features like the outdoor bath and the use of a golf buggy to explore the estate added a fun and quirky touch to our stay. The grounds are impeccably maintained, offering picturesque landscapes and tranquil walks that are a dream for any visitor. The cottage itself is cozy with all the comforts of home. It's the perfect spot for relaxation after a day of enjoying the estate's amenities like the heated pool and tennis courts. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway, The Potting Shed provides an exceptional setting. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Norfolk!

Keepers cottage was such a beautiful property, with a stunning garden. The property was finished to a very high standard. The facilities on the estate were amazing, we loved the outdoor swimming pool, which was pristine, and the location of the grounds was a perfect base for exploring the coastal areas and beautiful beaches of Norfolk. Such a peaceful and relaxing weekend, I would highly recommend to anyone... We didn't want to leave!

We have just stayed for a week in the potting shed and can happily say it was a wonderful 7 days. The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are more than enough to keep you busy including the tennis court and heated pool! Can't recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

The most beautiful holiday escape! The large cottage we stayed in was perfect and beautifully decorated. It has gorgeous, grand grounds with a pristine pool. We didn't want to leave!

We stayed at the potting shed for a weeks break. from the golf buggy to the outside bath the whole experience was a quirky, fun and relaxing experience. the surrounding landscape is beautiful along with the estate gardens. the heated swimming pool was great for that morning swim. Inside the bed was comfortable and the little shed had everything you needed. We will be back.
