Yes it is expensive but what isn't now? We got free entry for booking ice skating online and if we would have gone during the week we could have gotten unlimited rides for PS20 pp. we went on a Saturday tho. Family of 4 we end up spending about PS350, however we knew this before hand as this was a birthday treat. Ice skating was amazing!! We went on a lot of rides which we didn't wait to long for. Staff where happy and friendly and even went out their way to spin my children extra on the Waltzer, the poor bloke even feel over . The characters walking around were cheerful and playful. Food was expensive yes. My roast dinner Yorkshire wrap was worth it, would recommend some salt and pepper at hand as did need some seasoning. The wrap would have been 10/10 if we could have seasoned it. Kids loved roasting their marshmallows!! We played some games which cost a lot but all gambling is a go broke game lol. Definitely coming back next year. We all had an amazing time. Will opt for a day with the unlimited rides next time just to save a bit of money. Was worth it overall.

An Udder Cash Cow, the experience fell short for sure ! The absence of price signs for stalls and rides was a frustrating. Payments were restricted to tokens or cards, priced at PS1 per token, with most rides costing PS3 and lasting only 30 to 60 seconds. Reflecting on my transactions, here's a rundown of the costs: - PS7.50 per person for entrance - PS7 for five darts at a stall - PS4.50 for a hot chocolate Chinese food priced at PS10 per bowl, which quickly went cold and became inedible A total of PS24.50 for eight doughnuts and four marshmallows for roasting over a fire pit The visit to Santa wasn't smooth either. We endured a 25-minute wait only to be informed, in front of my five-year-old, that meeting Santa wasn't free (obviously). The Santa made a comment that did irk me, he said don't leave alcoholic drinks out as he can't drink and drive it left a sour impression which you may not think is a big deal but considering how everything built up and then this. It really cheesed me off. The visit, along with a fridge magnet and Keyring photo, cost PS22.50. The hot dog stall was ran by a grumpy attendant and excessive wait for our order. He huffed and puffed as we had a large order so I just paid for what we had at that point and left PS36 The lack of staff was a pervasive issue. It seemed the venue was racking it in but understaffed, leading to constant delays and frustration trying to find people. Altogether, I ended up spending PS164, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience. Would not go again to any future winter wonderland or event ran by this company Update based on owners response. I can provide a comprehensive transaction history, including dates and times, along with specific details for cross-referencing with the stall POS. If the pricing you've provided holds true, then I'd expect it prudent to conduct an investigation into the apparent instances of fraudulent overcharging. The repeated requests for cash raise concerns, suggesting a potential issue that warrants thorough examination. It's is not my norm to leave negative reviews, but the experiences at Winter Wonderland have compelled me beyond belief.

This was great! I don't know why all the bad reviews... Really fun and Christmassy and atmospheric. It's all a bit expensive, but it would be... It's seasonal. And you don't have to go on all the rides. One thing though - The ice bar had the loudest music I couldn't hear myself think... But the staff were lovely. The haunted house rubbish so don't waste your money.

Poor value circus.Paying for Santa grotto does not get you free entry. No photos are allowed so they can fleece you as you leave. See photos. Ps the wrist band are put on soon tight that they hurt. The reason is that you can return if you keep the band on...... For days.

Nice for entertainment, bracelets can be reused, some activities are a bit pricy for what they offer.

We had a great time! We visited on a weeknight and my two girls had the best time. We paid for the unlimited rides wristbands so we could go on the rides as many times as we wanted (probably went on the waltzer one too many). Ice skating was much better than last year as our feet did not get wet and the rink was much bigger and not too busy. I would recommend purchasing a seal for young children as they really helped my girls. Will definitely be coming back before they close for the season!
