Tranquil space for a quick sit down, in the heart of bustling Muswell Hill.
A hidden gem.
Originally located by St Pancras station, to supply water to the steam engines, this listed building was moved layer by layer to its new location. Fascinating history, worth a visit for the six times a year it opens to the public
Small but powerful museum in a Community space. Very well laid out with accessible personal stories from people around the globe: their experiences - good and not so good. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Free entry but with an option to give a donation. Check opening hours!
Spread over a very large area, the park attracts visitors more than once with its well-maintained landscape. If you are going for a picnic, it is recommended to look for an empty place under the weeping willows by the water. On light rainy days, it is peaceful to take long walk with appropriate clothing and shoes.
