A picturesque bay with a long stretch of sandy beach, surrounded by rolling hills and cliffs, offering scenic views, calm waters, and a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and water activities.
Unique shale beach, one of the biggest in the world. No sand except at low tide. Some interesting vegetation particularly the rare yellow horned poppy
Always wanted to check it out.
Love it. A little gem away from the crowds. Doesn't have the large sandy beach of West Wittering, and there's shingle when the tide is up, but it's quiet. From April to October, the cafe is great for coffee, snacks and ice cream.
Lovely place but on a private estate
Missed the supermoon but had a go at taking a nightime shot of moonlight on sea & shingle beach.
Often poor water quality according to SSRS
