Liked: Libby...Such a great host. Helpful and kind. We were in a self sufficient motor home and needed just one night. Perfect for our needs. A safe, peaceful and beautiful spot. There's a communal marquee with space to stretch out from your tent.
Liked: Stayed here with my boyfriend for the weekend it was our first time camping and our experience couldn't have gone any better, Libby was so accommodating and welcoming, the facilities were great and very clean, the shower has hot water and they also have a tent with everything you may need from kettles with tea and coffee to stoves and many other necessities that you are welcome to use. The view of the sky at night was beautiful we had never seen so many stars, the field was so clean and this definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Libby was very helpful with anything we needed and made our experience a great one, we are very happy and we will definitely be returning :)
Liked: Stayed in a pre-erected tent which was very spacious and a great price! Compost toilet was clean. The mess tent was fantastic. Very friendly fellow campers and great communication from Libby the owner. A very peaceful site.
Liked: Loved the field and gorgeous views and the night sky. Well maintained sustainable toilet and showers. Wash area for pots/pans available. A coffee tent on site with a very helpful, friendly owner who was always up for a chat. Definitely will come back again. : ) Lindsey
Liked: Beautiful setting, lovely relaxed vibe, like a wild campsite but not because Libby has thought of all the perks of a more structured campsite (compost loos, shower, communal mess tent with power points) & delivered them in a really chilled & friendly way. Had such a lovely time here, will be back in future. Location is great too- feels really rural but it's easy to get to Northampton & motorway in no time. Disliked: It's a dog friendly site and whilst all the dogs there were friendly, we did have to do a thorough poo pick up around the area where we pitched so the kids didn't tread in any but once we had cleared the area it was ok- just bring poo bags. Might be good if campsite welcome pack asks owners to pick up after their dogs.
Liked: Lovely site basic back to nature . Libby was great host welcoming . And had fantastic stay so relaxed had benefit being only guest for first night , would definitely stay here again .
Good for kids
