A serene lake with all kinds of water birds, a neat walk-way around the lake, 12 fixed fishing spots, lots of trees around, green play grounds, BMX national track, skate board arena, children's play park, indoor sports complex, a canteen, tennis courts, 12 planets mile stones, cycle tracks that runs along the river and connects city centre with football stadium .....uhhhh wow! What an eco-exotic place ! My favorite place for walk, relaxation and recharge!
Lovely park with a surpiring amount of wildlife, we spotted some mating toads, the play areas were great for for all ages. Nice clean facilities and cafe. It could do with a little tlc and litter collecting but considering the financial constraints of the city council. It was throughly enjoyable few hours our grandchildren loved they were very excited.
Great place was my first visit. Took my daughter for the fair that was on which was great value. I also visited the park area which was good too. Will visit again

A brilliant park for jogging , running and camping. It's beautiful with scenic park , ducks and very pleasant environment. There is a walkway beside the beautiful lake and has several seating locations to relax. A good place for picnic . Take a mat , snacks and enjoy time with family.
