Arley Hall & Gardens is situated in Cheshire, a perfect venue for daily visitors, groups and families. An outstanding wedding & conference venue with stunning Gardens. There is also a full calendar of events during the year from Harry Potter, The Great British Food Festival and Geronimo to walled garden outdoor theatre and tree climbing. It is also a great film venue with Peaky Blinders using The Hall as Tommy Shelby's home.
Very very nice House that is still in use. The garden is very friendly and well cared . Many nice plants and not to big. Its separated into smaller gardens which helps a lot to feel comfortable and find your preferred spot. Open only 3 days a month we heard for the house. Very nice volunteers all around. We did not like the parking fee 3+ 33 garden + 26 house. = 75EUR for 4 persons.
We weren't able to see inside the Hall on our visit, but the gardens were beautiful and quite extensive - too much to see in the time we had allowed. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant, too. The car park is a bit of a walk away from the property, so bear that in mind if you can't walk far. This is an easy recommendation and well worth the visit.
Stunning gardens, probably the best I've ever seen at a stately home. House was closed when we went, not sure if it ever opens to the public? I've been a few times and can't recall ever going in there. Cafe decent enough. Good day out with the family.
I just had my wedding this past week at Arley Hall and let me just say, 5 starts isn't enough. I am a wedding photographer based in America and Arley Hall was my dream place to get married. Not only is the grounds and the Hall breathtaking, but they staff is just amazing. We booked a Villa (East house) for all my family to stay and it was like a DREAM. It was equipped with everything and the beds were so comfy. We had Millie help us throughout our whole experience and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. She made everything run smoothly and creating such a welcoming presence with everything. My family and friends were stunned by the beauty of Arley Hall and I am just so elated I can say, I got married here. If you are a bride looking to get married here, take it from this American.. DO ITTTTT! you wont regret it!
Beautiful gardens and good food at the restaurant. Unfortunately no access to the Hall today feel that the entrance fee should have reflected this. No concession for over 65 yr olds disappointing
Some lovely flowering plants. Enjoyed the different gardens. Wish I could have explored more of the parklands on foot. Would have loved to explore house too. Closed apparently... Interesting to see the volunteers busy tidying the flowerbeds. A good cappuccino and tasty beef and vegetable pasty. #ArleyHall
