Staff there very friendly is so clean. For a small place it had lots to see and learn..plus we got given a few small cards to find things whilst looking round couldn't find 2 but will go.back.to find them. Learnt alot even covered a prisoner who died at tower of london so made my day.
Spent a very happy couple of hours on this modern, well presented & fascinating museum this week. Very helpful pleasant staff & a wonderful resource with such interesting facts & history of Arundel & surrounding areas. Great value.
A relatively small but highly comprehensive local museum, filled with memorabilia and good signage. It has a gift shop and sells great coffee. Well worth a visit.
Proper local museum displaying prehistory flints, to objects reflecting the workings of this lovely old town. A lot of enthusiasm has gone into making it very welcoming. Coffee and tea available. Easy access. Public toilets nearby (20p). Car park.
We used the toilets earlier and the one I went into was shocking. Urine/water all over the floor. The smell of urine overpowering. If I hadn't of been desperate I wouldn't of used it. Surely someone should be checking the facilities on a regular basis.....dreadful
Brilliant local museum! Two of my favourite objects - a tourist memento in the form of a colourful boot and a enigmatic reindeer-engraved medieval-ish spoon. It covered a wide variety of time periods and topics, with plenty of information and activities to keep kids engaged.
