3-acre public park with paved walkways, benches & a fountain, plus kids' play equipment.
Nice little park in the centre of Ashley Cross surrounded by various pubs, eatery's and shops. Ashley Cross Green was previously called Parkstone Park was officially opened on the 17 January 1890 by the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII). The Green is just over 3.14 acres. Parking nearby is limited. There is a children's play area in the park. The park is licensed to hire for outdoor events. Dogs are allowed.
Beautiful park in heart of Ashley Cross. Right at the junction of two main roads so if you want peace and quiet this is not ideal. Very pretty though and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
I stopped in one of several cofee shops here in amongst a lovely stretch of shops , nice green space well looked after and public toilets actually open .
Nice little park in centre of Ashley Cross. Nice fountain in the middle. There are benches to sit and some new picnic benches. Also some public toilets. I don't think there is a playground. Its more of a park to sit eat your lunch and watch the world go by. Bit noisy from traffic on the roads that go all around the park.
Lovely area green spacious and lots of little independent shops
Lovely eclectic area. Enhanced by the new deli. The green has a decorative fountain and a few benches. It is surrounded by a fine mixture of food ships, patisseries, coffee shops, independent restaurants, and bars.
