We had such an amazing day out with our toddler here! So much for her to enjoy and it wasn't too busy either, considering it's the summer holidays which was perfect for her to toddle around carefree!
A really nice place to take children, we visited on a Friday and it was very tranquil. The train journey was very pleasant, the play area was safe and had plenty of options for different age ranges. The detail in the fairly/elf walk was also great.
Perfect Father's Day out. Miniature train ride through the enchanted wood, perfect for all ages. Only negative having to queue for 30mins to get a cup of coffee. (One coffee machine not working). Brilliant day loads to do.

We had a fantastic Easter Sunday here. So beautiful and enchanting. A huge amount of time, dedication and effort has gone into making everything magical. Only negative is that the gift shop is extremely expensive so avoid if you're watching your pennies
