Found this place after visiting one further down the road, which unfortunately wasn't open for walking. The Macmillan Way goes through here along the public footpath. It was very quiet with only a few people walking. There was lots of wildlife to see. Such a peaceful place.

Flushes out the cobwebs walking its length and back along the bank. You really can't see much in the reserve it's self as that's no entry
