Great day out for younger kids, who love running and climbing. A real adventure. Lovely place set in the forest. Great staff, plenty of parking, not too busy considering it's the summer hols. Only one bad point were the toilets felt they could be bigger and cleaner
I visited with my wife and 4 year old son on Saturday. We arrived just after 10am, when it opened and stayed until around 3pm. We bought out tickets online in advance so entry was quick. We had a great time. The boat ride around the lake was superb, and it really brought the story of the place to life. The driver of the boat was excellent. We watched one of the storytelling shows and my son was engaged the whole time. The storyteller was entertaining and the puppets as part of the show were a good addition. We enjoyed ourselves in all aspects of the park, even though we did get a little lost on the sky maze! (Although that's kind of the point). Food was good value, the kids meal box was great value, and the sausage rolls we had were superb, hot and fresh. We also enjoyed an ice cream later in the visit. We simply could not fault the place. A superb place for a good, honest, family day out. Highly highly recommended. We will Definitely be back.
Absolutely LOVED this, amazing experience with the adults & kids, great staff, very entertaining. Was a lovely summer day so was a little hot but we enjoyed climbing and making our way through the various activities.
Great family day out. Crafts included. Lovely shows included. Good range of activities. Long queue for boat and toilets but expected in summer hols. Nice and shaded as in forest. My girls love this place! Tiered pricing depending how far in advance you book.
Loved it. Tonnes to keep the kids active and going. My 4 year old basically wanted to live there. The staff were incredible, funny, polite, happy! Constantly attentive and thoughtful. I have honestly never witnessed such customer service. Whatever you guys are doing in terms of staffing, keep doing it.
3 year old son loved it, we all had a great day, Natalie on the boats was brilliant and entertaining, 92cm height gets your little one onto most of the attractions and 105cm height gets on to everything. Coffee is reasonably priced and that will be needed half way through the day. Will 100% be going again and really recommend it to anyone with a little adventurer.
