Beaulieu Heights is a scenic hill in the New Forest National Park, Hampshire, England, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. On a clear day, visitors can see as far as the Isle of Wight and the Solent Strait. The hill is a popular spot for walkers, cyclists, and horse riders, with many trails and paths crisscrossing the area. The summit is marked by a trig point, and the hill is surrounded by heathland, woodland, and wild ponies that roam freely.
Lovely little walk in theory but mud everywhere and not much path.
When you live in a flat, and with the lockdown and social distancing, all green spaces are of a premium. The sun was shinning all the trees were in full splendor. The grass had just been cut and nature was at its best. A great place to enjoy the open space and the nature trail walk. This is a great place for children or adults to enjoy and breath the fresh air and feel part of Gods great creation.
So this hidden gem of outside space in south london is amazing and the locals were all so friendly
Nice woodland area to walk your dog, unfortunately like lots of local parks there is a bit of littering at the top but otherwise it's a very nice park. You can also cut through it and then walk along a short road to get to norwood lakes, making it into a longer dog walk.
Tranquil ancient woodland. Great place to forage for blackberries, damsons and wild garlic. Interesting wild flowers
Lovely wood but a lot of litter on the Auckland road entrance.
