This 18th-century mansion is set amidst 26 acres of beautiful parkland, featuring a mix of woodland, grasslands, and a tranquil lake. The house itself boasts stunning Georgian architecture, with ornate plasterwork, grand staircases, and beautifully restored period rooms. Visitors can explore the house, which showcases a collection of antique furniture and artifacts, and stroll through the picturesque park, which offers scenic walking trails, a children's play area, and a café serving refreshments.
Lovely park to sit and enjoy a coffee and cake. On a bit of a gradient if park in carpark opposite.but if go in top gates there is parking and then flat through the house to park other side
Bedwellty is amazing! I love everything about it. The Park is lovely and very well kept. The house is very nice and the cafe is great. It's a great place to have a nice walk then cake and coffee. The staff are very friendly and an added bonus is the tennis courts!
Great park, definitely would go there again! Great trees, plants and sculptures. Not been in the house because of Covid. We couldn't park near the park, (only for disabled parking facilities) Had coffee, cake and sandwiches, which were lovely.
Good park and house with a nice cafe. It deserves more visitors. Nice place to walk around.
Went today with my friend for a pot of tea. The weather was lovely so we sat outside in the gardens. It is a wonderful place with wonderful gardens.( I went for a wonder in my electric Wheelchair) Very family friendly and if you love Cream teas they do lovely ones here. BEDWELLTY HOUSE IS VERY WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY TOO.
Would very much like to thank the team at the park for the fabulous job they did hosting my daughter's engagement party on Saturday evening We all had a wonderful evening top job
