This 12-acre park in Stoke-on-Trent features a beautiful lake, walking trails, and a variety of flora and fauna. Visitors can enjoy boating, fishing, and picnicking, as well as explore the park's many sculptures and public art installations. The park is also home to a children's play area and a café serving refreshments.
Lovely relaxing park. Features a lot of mature trees, well laid out paths, a large grass area for picnics, a wildlife pond and even a bmx track! There is parking available for free on haveroid lane.
A large enough park for both dogs and kids to let off steam. A well paved path caters for cycling. Plenty of trees and a tranquil setting. Apple trees galore which look amazing during peak season. They also taste good! A few picnic benches completes a nice setting for a picnic. At the far end, there's a track which is suitable for young kids to try out their BMX skills. True credit to the Friends of Betty Eastwood park! Thanks
Me and little one went today, there was a little area in front of the gate to park. We liked following the tracks around and exploring around the park, there's lots of trees and natural flora so it has a different feel to usual parks. There is a bike track, good size for a preschooler to ride round on and a pond just below, although we didn't see much apart from a couple of water skaters.
Nice place in middle of a residential area. Easily accessible. Good to walk the dogs. There is also a picnic bench and a BMX track. There are also a few varieties of apple and pear trees. The Friends of Betty Eastwood Park are doing a great job to improve the Park. They arrange interesting activities like the fruit tree pruning, teddy bear picnic etc. The latest one was Easter egg hunt and pebble painting. Kids around the area loved it. We spent a couple of hours meeting people from around the place.
Nice quite little track it is a decent size for what is there. Woods and trails to play on aswell. Very good place to bring your bike. @ mysonmx830 - Instagram 2yearsold rider
