A nice flat walk. Muddy in places and some paths overgrown. The dogs loved finding every smelly muddy puddle though . Not the largest of areas to walk around cover most of it within an hour.
Great local place for long family walks with lots of exploring for the young and old alike. The bushy paths with tunnels through leaves make exploring fun and interesting. Lots of holes in trees that are always full of water for dogs to drink, even when it's blazing sun. The only real negative about these woods is the housing development nearby will mess is the virginity of these woods. Always a pleasure to walk the dog here.
Its an excellent place to walk the dog. Lots of wildlife, deer, montjack, buzzards, woodpeckers and much more. The Laurel and the Rhododendrons have gone a bit wild, though.
Love goin up. Hear with the kids we went up in the winter on the hills with the sledges we could stop laughing beautiful un. Spoilt let hope they dnt build on it but thi k they might unfortunately best place to escape living in Chippenham
