Lovely little place with plently of animals to see if you are not able to get to the zoo or just want a small day out with the family. Animals are lovely and I particularly enjoyed seeing the red panda! Nice little gift shop and I also would say the route around the reserve is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. There is one bit that is uneven terrain but the rest of it is paved. Also a small cafe in the reserve. Parking was non stressful. Although it is paid but the prices are reasonable in my opinion. All in all, I would recommend as a place to see.

Wow! My mum and I walked here from central Birmingham on a nice day to visit, decided the PS8 entry is great value even if we only saw a few animals. I was actually so surprised to see such a range of animals, that are so cared for and look to have such a comfortable habitat. There was lots of info at each stop around the zoo and we even ate at the cafe, in which the lady on tills was super lovely and knowledgeable when we were chatting. We spent around 2 hours here and still think we missed a small section, there is a lot to see! Thanks for the brilliant trip.

Been twice now, almost a year apart. Nothing stand out but a very nice place to admire a good variety of cute animals for a reasonable price. Animals seem very happy and well taken care of. would recommend go on a sunny day as it's all outdoors and the animals are more likely to come out when it isn't cold and wet. bought tickets at the door both times with no issue :)

We had a lovely day. Just the right size for young children with enough to keep them interested. There's a good picnic area and a cafe with a small soft play area.Along with s small outdoor activity area. Our granddaughters had lots of fun and found the animals interesting.

it was a wonderful experience. Nestled in the heart of Birmingham, this small but charming zoo offers a unique opportunity to see a variety of animals up close while learning about conservation efforts. The park is home to an impressive array of species, including red pandas, lemurs, otters, and various reptiles and birds. Each enclosure is thoughtfully designed to mimic the animals' natural habitats, providing a comfortable environment for them and an educational experience for visitors. One of the highlights of the visit was the opportunity to learn about the park's conservation programs. Informative displays and regular talks by the knowledgeable staff shed light on the efforts being made to protect endangered species and their habitats. The staff are passionate about their work and are always available to answer questions and provide interesting facts about the animals. The park is well-maintained, with clean pathways and ample seating areas for relaxation. There's also a small cafe offering refreshments and a gift shop with a range of wildlife-themed merchandise.

We have been few times before but my son enjoys it every time equally. It's never long enough for him. He loves monkeys, red panda, otters and raccoons, checking on them every time, but Komodo Dragon beats it all
