Visited for a tour of the factory with some great activities and history that I did not expect. Staff were great and very helpful. Bar and cafe did some great refreshments. We used the 76 bus from Basingstoke so could enjoy the full experience which was Fab. Will probably come back for the cocktail master class as it is a very nice location.
Great if you're over 18. However despite that, those under 18 were still able to enjoy the tour and were given a mocktail to enjoy in the cinema. Awesome 'create your own' G+T at the start of the tour.
The cocktail making session was great fun whilst also showing how to make 3 very different cocktails. The guide taking us through making the cocktails, really made sure that everyone had a great tour. The distillery tour was really good - particularly liked the glasshouses with the plants of the botanicals. Interesting history behind the buildings even if the history is not as a distillery. Great afternoon out - but make sure you are not driving after the cocktail master class!
From my recent last week visit. Super to understand history, specially for Indian to know why it's Bombay sapphire and not London Sapphire. The great Thomas and Marry invention is interesting. Ambience is really fascinating . It's worth to spend and understand within 2 Hrs from tour round. Online booking is necessary before visit to book your slot. Staff is knowledgeable
Had a fantastic time doing the tour and cocktail masterclass. Went with my wife on a beautifully sunny day. Everyone there was amazing and knowledgeable, with a special shout out to Chloe who did the masterclass. Her warmth and charm shone through and made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and interesting activity to do with a partner or group.
Great gin experience! The site is massively impressive and really well run. We booked the fancy Sunset cocktail making and tour experience. It's not cheap but you get to make 3 cocktails, have lunch, tour the site in a smaller group and enjoy a few extra cocktails on top. Plus you walk away with a bottle of the sunset gin. Everyone was very friendly, the food and drink are great. The bar and cafe are also worth a visit as is the shop. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit of music in the cocktail making room, there's only ever going to be 10 people there and it would add to the ambience. Well worth visiting and taking in a tour
