Beautiful place for a nice quiet walk, we go most weeks, my kids live coming to walk around and making dens in the woods.
You can't go wrong with bourne woods. Brilliant for the kids, brilliant for the dogs. Plenty of parking and it's free which is a bonus. There's loads of different paths through the woods but if you don't enjoy going through the woods then there is a gravel path which is a few of miles long.
Took our miniature Dachshunds for an early morning walk. The dogs like loved it! Loads of different routes to choose from, very clean and it's perfect for dog training. It wasn't very busy when we went but it was really good for socialising when we came across other dogs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet walk.
Nice, clean woods. Lovely time spent there. Will visit again. car park can get very busy in the afternoon.
For a quiet dog walk, you can't go wrong. I love that even though there were a couple of dozen cars in the car park, you can have a walk and feel like you are alone.
An amazing woods, spoilt due to the amount of dog fouling. Especially if one veers off the main paths.
