Lovely theatre. Well run. Friendly and efficient staff. Only problem we had was the parking in the pavilion car park. We got to the car park at about 5.30pm to be able to have something to eat before the show. Plenty of space but had to get a ticket for up to 6 hours. Cost PS20.80.

Had an amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity to watch the Average White Band , but sadly ruined by the security staff who victimised various people in the audience for enjoying themselves even though the band was encouraging everyone to get up and enjoy themselves. Funny how they couldn't stop people when it got beyond a handful(!) I understand there's health and safety, but life is too short in times like this. Give someone half a uniform and they act like they act like a ...

What a beautiful theatre! The views to the sea are breathtaking. I can't wait to perform Dirty Dancing here for this week! My walk to work from my lovely digs, beautiful woods.

Just been to see Rob Lamberti at the Pavillion. What a fantastic performer, a fitting tribute to George Michael, but amazing in his own right too. (George went to see him in secret at one point) Brilliant selection from Wham to the Solo hits. All the audience on their feet dancing. A tip for parking - use the car park across the road up and to the left of the venue as you avoid a one way system and get out of Bournemouth much quicker.

Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre is right on the sea front, we parked on Madeira Road (free Sunday parking) and walked down to the theatre, although having walked through the rundown town, in future it would be worth paying to park at the Pavilion. The foyer is small for the amount of people the theatre holds but it didn't take long to walk through to our seats. We were sat on row L, seats 26/27 and had a fantastic view of the stage. The seats were comfortable and were raised a little above the seats below. Seeing Jane Mcdonald was an amazing experience, we had a great fun night, it was fantastic to see Jane live in concert, she's a phenomenal singer and a great laugh on stage, a true entertainer. With songs from Queen, Abba, Officer & a Gentleman as well as Jane's own songs, we were singing & clapping along.

Just want to give a big shout out to the staff at Bournemouth Pavilion. They helped my father out massively when we realised that I had booked circle tickets for a show and there was no lift for my disabled father to use. They managed to find us seats only 9 rows from the front and on an aisle with very short notice (10 minutes). Amazing service and show!
