This 164-acre park features a mix of woodland, grassland, and wetland habitats, with several walking trails, a lake, and a variety of wildlife, including birds, insects, and small mammals. The park also has a children's play area, picnic sites, and a car park.
What a really nice park, we had a lovely walk around here with the dogs and it's very well kept, clean and tidy with plenty of bins which is great for dog walkers, we were only here for a short time but it was a good one and we will definitely be back to visit again
Quite a bit of parking. Lots of walks, which are very mature. The walled garden is close to the car park and overlooks the Hemlock Stone. There is a maze/human sundial and would be easy for those with mobility issues. There is a gym trail and is a nice place to visit. It gets busy in the summer, but well worth a visit.
Beautiful , clean park . Nice shaded wooded area . I expected alot of dog mess but it isnt at all . Beautifully kept. Lots of dens made from Beavers , cubs as well as some lovely tree swings . Large open grassed area with an assault course around the edge that kids loved and the park is lovely for younger ones . Again well maintained . Plenty of parking and normally an ice - cream van parked up .
Lovely little park with a great walk through the hills We often come here for a good walk followed by a play in the park its a beautiful location with wide open parkland and rugged forested hills Want a casual walk there is a nice loop round the fields, fancy a harder workout take the hill trail Over the road you can also bike around on trails set out for stunts and jumps But for us we love the wooded hills and age to the forest walking around the aged estate and grand trees, I especially love this time of year especially as the bluebells are in bloom Another park well worth a visit
Great place to take dogs. Massive open field for dogs to play. A short walk to the second half which also contains a park and running track. Also a lot of woods to explore. New Childs area has been built.
What a lovely gem this is. It is not the biggest of parks but it is beautiful and it has a little bit for everyone. Up for a gentle stroll? Yes, come to Bramcote park and walk around a beautiful field among some old trees and take a seat on some of the many benches. Up for a walk with your doggies? Yep great for that too. A free carpark is also an added bonus. To the top of the park there's a woodlandy area which is full of character. Again it is not huge but nonetheless it's great for a cardio walk and the doggies too. We have been a few times now and I'm sure we will visit a few more.
