Lovely, quiet, well mantained playground with zip wire, handball and netball court, football goals on the field and free wellbeing activities from March 2022.
It is a park with a wide view. I exercise here every evening, atmosphere is always peaceful.
Went there as the start and finish for the two tunnels race. Very open field with some children's play area. The fields have the sustains route run near, though it, so very good.
I used to play football with my brother and friends as children here.(I'm now 67). Used to love playing in the orchard (now housing sadly). It's recently been planted up with trees, open fencing now in several places by the playing fields area, makes it look so much better. More accessible to everyone. Strategic seating to rest and take in the wonderful views over Bath.
Absolutely stunning views and great link to the two tunnels walk/ cycle track. Pushchair friendly and small playground at the top. Has a basketball court which is really well used - so nice to see! Well maintained (bins regularly emptied etc.). So glad we have this park nearby as finding pushchair friendly routes can be difficult in Bath.
Very well maintained. Football, basketball and playground equipment. Lovely preached fence being built, with sapling trees planted. Superb for kids and dog walking. There are many eco-friendly projects here, that the community have voted for.
