We visited this following a visit to Admiral Ramsay's museum which is at the front of the garden. It was amazing. It is only a small museum but is filled with interesting information about his involvement in D-day and his other accomplishments. A truly amazing man. Definitely worth a visit.
Nice gardens. Quiet and peaceful. Good picnic tables. New museum was good. Well worth a visit. No toilets.
Beautiful garden with a recently opened museum to the WWII leader who lived here originally
This beautiful private garden would rival any RHS establishment. It's colours, textures, decorative displays and highly manicured finish suggest it is tended by someone with an obsession for horticulture. Not a blade of grass out of place and not one snail nibble in any leaf! This is an immaculate hidden gem. Highly recommend. Operates on an honesty box basis, so bring cash and be generous.
