This 17-acre garden in Nottinghamshire features a variety of plant species, including rhododendrons, azaleas, and wildflowers, set amidst a scenic forest landscape with walking trails, ponds, and a sensory garden.
One of the best places in the East midlands. Very picturesque. I think they do birthday parties here. You can hire the space for charity organisation days or fund raising. Lots to explore. Has a compost loo. Beautiful in summer. Has a pond. A forest. It's magical.
We went here for a birthday party. It's a wonderful place-- lots of beds growing things, a pizza oven, play areas.... It's community run and you can tell it must have lots of supporters as it's really well cared for. You can visit on certain days and they sell plants. I'll definitely be back as a visitor. An oasis of green in Bulwell.
Lovely community garden, there's always something on, great for kids too.
Wonderful community gardens that has events for young and old.
Gorgeous and so easy to get to and park. Rather surprisingly it's just on the middle of a housing estate. Worth a visit. Take your picnic and sit the tables. Compost toilet available.
Love this little hidden gem, my family love being able to explore nature safely. Both my children attend wildhearts forest school and love it they learn so much. Bouns they have a toilet, sinks. Loads of rope swing.
