Unspoilt, rolling hills - that's what you will discover at Burton Dassett Hills. Whether you are walking, flying a kite or just sitting in your car, the magnificent views from these hills are breathtaking. The site comprises a series of rugged hilltops affording spectacular views in all directions and Fox Covert, a small woodland with a surfaced footpath. Opened as a country park in 1971, the 100 acres contain a wealth of historical interest such as the prominent beacon, quarry remains and the nearby 12th Century All Saints Church.
A very calm and beautiful hills perfect for a picnic on a sunny day. Nice to play around and can spend half a day easily with friends or family. Parking options are also available at two or three places spread around the area.
Stunning spot for a walk with some great routes and lots of sheep (and currently lambs). It's very helpful to be able to drive up to the top, and there are lots of benches in sheltered spots for a picnic.
Great for a Spring day's walk to blowout the cobwebs. Plenty of hills for kids and adults alike, with good parking and picnic facilities. It's a favourite for kite flyers and motorcyclists. Also dog friendly and a stone's throw from the Cotswolds and other attractions in South Warwickshire.
It's a lovely place to go for families. Lots of greenery, picnic areas and the views are great. It's a pity there isn't a little coffee shop etc but I'm guessing I wouldn't be financially viable. Still, a lovely place to go and we shall be there again..
The view was so beautiful. It was very calm and peaceful indeed. It was windy but the walk was so nice and calm. We enjoyed the view. There was a parking space where you can park. If you want to do a family picnic the place is very perfect. We really enjoyed our little walk. The parking was PS3 for whole day so it's a good option. I highly recommend the place.
Very nice and close to nature, can take good views pictures and enjoy nature. Peaceful and green. Good parking space.
