Picturesque gardens, ponds & walking trails on the grounds of a 16th-century royal property.
Really lovely place to have a walk and a coffee, really well kept and a lot to look at. Would be a great place for just a walk around or a picnic. They have a cafe, the pieces aren't too bad and they also have an animal center which is great for anyone with or without kids to visit. Overall, it was a really calm and peaceful walk. A lot of history dotted around the park which is nice if you're into your history or just curious on what that old bit of building is.
Great place, nicely sectioned off with different parts for all ages. We attended a free event called Pan-In-The-Park with a steel panel band and lots of Caribbean food etc which was great for all the family
Lovely park. Very clean n well looked after. Lots of space n plenty of picnic spots. Good fun spotting the animal sculptures. We had pizza from the cafe which was delicious. Visited the animals in the zoo area, PS2.40 is very reasonable n the animals were well cared for. Even got to stroke a skunk it was adorable. Great place for a family day out.
Great historical park and nature walk. Fantastic models of the 1600 century buildings and discriptions of the ruins. Great place to walk with family, friends and dogs. Cafe and toilets are clean. Places to sit. Wonderful maze and circular mound to discover. Really enjoyed the location. Easy to get to by car or train. Will definitely come again.
It's many years since I last visited Cedar Park, it was a, pleasure to return, with shady spots a well stocked Cafe, and even a museum for the curious
First time walking in this park and loved it. Full of interesting attractions. It's not huge but big enough to get a reasonable walk. Full of historical information and remains. Lovely cafe with an adult section, monuments, palace remains, nature centre and more. Lots of parking or minutes from Theobalds Grove Station.
