About
This viewpoint offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside from a 129m-high (423ft) platform, allowing visitors to see for miles in every direction on a clear day. The viewpoint is marked by a large, circular platform with a series of concentric rings, created by artist Henry Moore in 1985. The rings are aligned with the points of the compass, and the platform is surrounded by a series of walking trails that allow visitors to explore the surrounding hills and countryside. On a clear day, visitors can see as far as the Welsh mountains to the west, the Severn Estuary to the south, and the Cotswolds to the east.

As a man who loves willy - not in a "put it in me way" but more of a "they're pretty cool" way - you'd think I'd love the Cerne giant. But I don't massively get the hype. The viewpoint was pretty good to be able to see it, and free parking certainly helps. There's also picnic benches down the road so you can kinda explore the area somewhat too. We didn't venture into the village, but it was a nice excuse to just stop and enjoy food together. But, if I wanted to see a naked man with his out I could've just stayed home
Great views of the giant from a good vantage point, the information board was a really nice extra touch there. If you want to see the famous giant then this is an excellent spot.
Went here but didn't climb up to Giant this time as not well enough. But nice view point with Carpark and benches. Lots of information regarding history of Village and Giant. We have said next time will walk up and walk around Village looks so interesting and beautiful.
Best view (from the land) of the Cerne giant. You can walk up the hill to get closer but you can't really see much from so close up. Well worth a visit.
Best viewpoint in A352 on the Northern side of the Village. And still there, the Cerne Giant is not fully visible as the Hill is not as tilted on its highest end. Still it was a great place to visit. The Village is lovely and the walk around the Giant was fun.
Great view point to the giant. Looks even better from the drone view
