This bayside outcrop with a lighthouse is popular for observing bottlenose dolphins & grey seals.
Nice view point, if you are lucky you can see Dolphins swimming around. Parking slots are limited, with 2hr -PS3 & 4hr -PS4. No public toilets available at the attraction.
Beautiful and windy. You will not always see dolphins (I didn't) but there is the possibility! A smallish and not badly priced car park. Very windy as it is on a point, be carful of your hats and car doors! A beautiful beech to walk along with stunning views.
Brilliant spot for seeing dolphin. There was a lot of people and not many bins so if you're bringing a packed lunch bring a waste bag for your rubbish. There's picnic benches at the point. There's also a great walk along the beach if you miss the dolphins.
Parking at the point itself can be very busy. There was plenty of space on a Saturday evening. Alternative parking is available in Rosemarkie, with a walk of about a mile up the sand and shingle beach. I didn't see any dolphins this time but did see a deal. It's also just really beautiful and peaceful.
Small car park, absolute chaos due to people trying to get down a single track road with giant motorhomes, go very early if you want to stand a chance of getting parked. But a lovely location, great beach, been five times, never seen a dolphin .
Excellent place to see the dolphins of you are lucky. Visit around low tide time and you might be able to see them jumping. The car park is small and so requires luck to find a space.
