Dog-friendly park with football & cricket fields, tennis courts, a playground & an outdoor gym.
Well kept park with good variety of swings and areas for walkers, children and sports enthusiast's
The park itself is fantastic. However, the toilet facilities are absolutely vile. This was at 10am ish on a weekday. It could be an ideal place to spend a few hours. Thay said, if you have children, you'll have to leave to find alternative toilets.
Lovely big area with football pitches, hockey, tennis courts, playground and general space to walk / run around. Also has a fairly large (and free) car park.
One of the big and beautiful parks in Chelmsford outskirts. Good place to visit for some physical activities like sports and workouts. It also has a hockey and cricket club. Also houses an outdoor gym and a play area. Must visit when in Chelmsford especially during summers.
Loads of green space, seems popular with dog walkers. I was there with my son for the playground! As well as regular play equipment, there's a hill which has a long metal slides as well as two windy yellow slides which are worth a visit!
Our 4 year old had so much fun! Even me and my husband went down the big slides ! Would highly recommend. The little play area isn't that great but the 3 big slides are lots of fun. Lots of greenery. No where to buy food or drink which was a shame. Changing facilities here and mens and womens toilets. Would reccomend if coming with young kids to bring a football aswell or something else to do.
