It took a few weeks and notice of intent to take them through official channels in order to obtain a refund on the missing products. It would appear that they had tried the lie and then ignore and wait for customer to five up route. I'm not paying shady people for nothing! I would have put in a claim against them and they knew it. That's why they refunded me. Not because they should have, and wanted to right their wrong, but because they would have to in the end and would have been made to pay any resulting fees in addition. order at your own risk. Chelford Farm supplies are far better.
Fantastic customer service and competitive prices!! The staff were very helpful when I visited the depot to change some of the stepping stones due to personal preference. Thank you
Many thanks to Cheshire Garden Products for their delivery on Friday morning (Sandbach). The guy who delivered it was very friendly and exceptionally skilful in navigating through many wires that criss-crossed our drive and this meant it helped a great deal when we were spreading the gravel (I've not been in the best of health lately so really appreciated this). Thanks also for help when ordering and relaying the details of what we needed so accurately. Highly recommended!
I purchased some building products to sort out my driveway the staff are very helpful in making sure I have the right items I need for the job. If you are planning a building or gardening project I'd recommend a visit. Also the prices are incredibly cheap for a first class service
