Very lovely place to chill and do snow activities. The staff are very warm and helpful. There is the kids area as well which is commendable. Warm clothing is super necessary as it's very cold in there (-4degc). It's fun. They provide basic gears as well depending on the type of ticket. There is a restaurant there with windows and balcony that overlooks the entire array of snow activities.
Had an amazing time at Chill Factore Manchester! The slopes are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire experience was exhilarating, from skiing to snowboarding. If you want to see our full adventure, check out the video on our YouTube channel. Highly recommend this place for a fun day out!
Went for level 1 snowboarding course for the first time under Jim M the instructor. He was so patient with us and very accommodating! We really had a good time and fell inlove with it!! Im definitely going back for the next level! Yay oh and the free drink apres ski was purrrrrfect haha!!!
We had a fantastic experience here - I booked the wrong type of lesson for my son (wanted boarding booked ski by accident) the staff were amazing, managed to swap him to another instructor almost straight away for a boarding lesson and still gave him the full lesson time. Zoe and Ben E were super helpful. Ben E did a great lesson with my son and he really enjoyed it. Fantastic customer service and experience all round.
We have visited Chill Factore 7 times over the last two months for a variety of snowboarding lessons including: childrens group lessons, snowboarding holidays camp, 5hr beginning adult snowboarding day lesson and private lessons. Each session has been fantastic and with each lesson it has been great to see my children having fun, their confidence increasing and an eagerness to get back on the slopes. A positive experience from start to finish and a place I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try and learn something new.
Took 5 hour beginner course. (PS145 January 2024) Overall good day and training. It was very busy especially in the afternoon. Too busy as the ques were quite long on the ski ramp. There was 10 in group all beginners, my partner struggled and was ask to leave the course as she held up the group. I felt held back as I wanted to go higher and on the big main course but said we couldn't. Passed me to take level 3 again. My left foot hurt in boots all day.
