What a little gem this place is! Had a great day, my 4yr old LOVED all the different play areas and getting to interact with so many different animals. Lots to do, friendly staff and a great cafe all make this a great family day out.
Came on easter weekend after a 4 day stay on the Tydd St Giles golf course. Lots of available parking and a quite a big farm area with huge outdoor park area and indoor play area. There are activities throughout the day where you can pet animals and feed lambs for example. We brought out own food. We also went on the tractor ride (PS1 oer person) and our daughter loved it. It can get windy on the ride so wrap up.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My sister and I took an outing to Church Farm on a nice afternoon while school was in session. We both thoroughly enjoyed our selves! The Farm had lambs that were born that morning! So, so, so adorable!!! There are a couple pens where goats and lambs can be petted and others where people can get very close. Every pen had instructions (with animal names) for the animals in that pen. Some aren't very friendly and can be irritated and act out... SO, it is IMPORTANT that all children be instructed to read the signs. If they say do not touch... Then DON'T touch. Younger children should be supervised. No worries, everything is posted and simple. Plenty of hand washing stations. We got to feed baby lambs. There was a young women that we ran across a few times. She was AMAZING! (in the photo holding the lamb being fed) She answered every question with a smile and was so informative! There is an outdoor and indoor Playland for littles. The gift shoppe is small but has a good variety. We had some frozen sweets on our way out. Such a great outing. 2-12 year olds will LOVE THIS PLACE! 13+ will probably walk around quickly then sit on their phones. My sister (41), and I (44) had a blast
One of the best farms I'd visited. Wish I'd known how good and arrived earlier but as we didn't will have to come back soon!
Fairly modest sized petting farm, but with a lovely set up and really good indoor and outdoor play areas. No extras to be paid for petting or feeding animals - which is very welcome. Kids filled about 4 hours there - mainly on the play equipment and didnt want to leave - which suggests they are doing something right.
Great place to take little ones! Grotto was beautiful and indor playground is great. Best to visit on summer to make the most of the outdoor space. When we visited it was too windy and a bit cold but we enjoyed a lot.
