Multiplex cinema chain showing the latest international blockbusters in 2D and 3D formats.
Great cinema complex, recommended. Plenty of film choice and screens - all a good enough size, pretty tidy, staff friendly. Plenty of snack options popcorn, Baskin Robins ice creams, chocolates, sweets, drinks and various deals. On Sundays currently PS10 for movie ticket popcorn and drink Starbucks here offering good selection of food and drink too. Some automatic doors and road/paving level entry. Lots of parking at Jarman car park (free) and plenty of food options nearby.

I am very disappointed at the customer services of Cineworld. I had booked two tickets which were made at the incorrect date and time which were not sure. I subsequently spoke with the staff in this branch who reassured me as the tickets were not used, I could contact customer services for a refund or a gift voucher for these tickets. After several emails with the customer services, the reassured me if I provided the tickets I had brought, they would provide gift vouchers for me. 24 hours later I had sent the original tickets and the customer service team suddenly told me this was no longer an option and couldn't help. I won't be visiting again, a real shame as this was a great cinema I used regularly.
The overall experience at the cinema was quite positive. The film was enjoyable, and the seats were comfortable, enhancing the viewing pleasure. However, one aspect that left a bit to be desired was the exorbitant pricing of snacks. It was disappointing to find that a small pack of sweets or chocolate was priced at a staggering PS3.90, appearing quite overpriced. On the other hand, the cost of a large popcorn at PS7.20 seemed somewhat reasonable in comparison. Despite the pricey snacks, the quality of the movie and the comfort of the seating contributed to a satisfying cinematic experience.
Cineworld in Hemel Hempstead is a modern and well-maintained movie theater offering a great cinematic experience. Whether you're catching the latest blockbuster or enjoying a family outing, this provides a satisfying and enjoyable movie-going experience.
Nice cinema! The entrance with a shinny red and black floor and the food outlet to the right, is rather impressive. All along the corridors, some discreet indirect lights direct you to your room. There are at least 17 cinemas in one. I've tried only one : comfortable seats, enough leg room, good sound and picture, I can't fault it. Last thing: clean and modern toilets. For my first experience, I'd say that it exceeded my expectations.
