Privately owned historical Park and Landscape. Open to pedestrians 8am - 5pm. Horse riding by permit only (see www.GreenhillEquitation.com). Dog walking on permitted routes only.
What a wonderful place to visit, well maintained, peaceful and you can grab a great coffee and cake at the airstream coffee shop near the entrance. Win, win.
Beautiful grounds and a lovely cafe area with wonderful and friendly staff. Some areas of the park are free to visit and you can find food and drink options here. I would say, the prices in the cafe are a little high but providing these go back to the park in part, absolutely worth it. Very accessible and they are happy to accommodate school groups and students with disabilities if you ring ahead. Will be returning :)
Very pleasant park to walk through. If you have a dog there are a lot of restrictions. Once away from the main entrance signage was a bit minimal. Round the park there are a number of interesting follies, statues and similar items
